2.    Confirmation of appropriate meeting notice 
3.    Discuss/Motion to proceed with a Notice of Award to a contractor for their bid submitted for the Washington & Casey Rd (ARIP) which also includes connector roads (LRIP). 
4.    Discuss/Motion to approve Town of Fulton to sign contract for awarded bid submission for the Washington & Casey Rd (ARIP) which also includes connector roads (LRIP) representing Town of Fulton, Town of Porter and Town of Albion.
