THIS IS TO PROVIDE NOTICE THAT THERE WILL BE RIGHT-OF-WAY (R-O-W) CLEARING OF BRUSH AND TREES TAKING PLACE ON TOWN OF ALBION ROADS.
In the near future, possibly as soon as early next week, we will begin clearing the R-O-W on several Town of Albion roads. The goal is to clean up the R-O-W’s to help with drainage and to improve visibility and safety for the traveling public. The work will be performed by a contractor with an excavator that has a large grinding head attachment. All roads will be closed during this work, for safety reasons. This will be short term work, so impacts should be limited to one day, or less, for each area. We ask for your cooperation during this work.
The roads planned for clearing at this time are as follows:
Once this work is completed, it may look a little rough for a period of time. We will as necessary bring in another contractor with a bucket truck(sometime between now and spring , prior to new growth) and clean up any stumps on the larger trees to improve appearance and health of the trees.
